Lunch today was a quick and yummy sandwich – an apple-cucumber-carrot-vegan cheese melt, with some avocado.
Toddlers pull apart sandwiches and eat them in components, by the way.

that sandwich sounds yummy. and my 9 year old still sometimes eats sandwiches in layers, too. :)
